Porthmeor sunset 10/13

This one is a warm pink and it's printed on a different paper to my usual. The print is beautiful but the paper has slightly rippled so I am selling these ones on this paper cheaper than the somerset prints

There are some wonderful brightly colourful sunsets here in Cornwall. And this beach across the road from the Tate in St Ives has more than it's fair share.

I wanted to capture the bright colours contrasting with the wonderful water patterns across the beach and the variety of cloud shapes. I played with different colours for the sunset ( the original was a bright orange) so the edition is varied.

printed on Zerkal 150gsm

those on the Zerkal are £300 I've tried a different paper it's also thinner 150gsm and it's not as suited to the way I print by hand and lots of layers. The print is just as good but the paper is slightly rippled, nothing a good framer can't sort but I'm just warning you and i feel better selling it at a lower price
